Preparation of a planning scheme amendment, sub division pattern and scheme masterplan for a surplus five hectare portion of the 78.5 hectare Wodonga Country Club golf course to incorporate circa:
• 120 medium density dwellings;
• a large aged care complex;
• a mixed-use commercial complex;
• a licensed club; and
• a 4-storey hotel (circa 90 rooms) of up to 4-star rating.
This site also contained a significant natural water course which necessitated various studies and design considerations for integration within the overall scheme.
